"I just took my first ever Brolates class (Pilates with a bro-friendly twist) at The Pilates House with Carla, and it was fantastic! I’d never done any kind of Pilates before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Carla made it super welcoming and approachable. The workout was the perfect mix of challenging and fun. I definitely broke a sweat and felt muscles working that I didn’t even know existed. Carla is an excellent instructor—clear, motivating, and really good at pushing you while keeping it safe and supportive. I created The Pilates House as an extension of my own healing journey. After years in a fast-paced corporate career, I found myself overwhelmed, disconnected, and craving something more meaningful. It was through Pilates and yoga that I began to feel grounded again—stronger in my body, clearer in my mind, and more at peace. As my passion for this practice grew, I realized the community needed a space that offered more than just classes. I envisioned a studio that felt like a sanctuary—where movement, care, and intentional community come together to support true, lasting wellness. The Pilates House is that space, and I’m so grateful to share it with you.
